Alzheimer Support

A free service that assists Bellefonte families who have loved ones with Alzheimer's disease or dementia. Families in need of care for their loved ones can locate licensed care homes and communities in the Bellefonte area that are best equipped to provide care for their loved ones.

American Philatelic Society

The American Philatelic Center is the home of the American Philatelic Society and American Philatelic Research Library. The Center is located in a restored nineteenth-century match factory complex listed on the National Historic Register — consisting of a series of interconnected buildings, the oldest of which were built in 1899. Visitors are welcome to tour the historic Center and see the valuable services we offer first hand!

Park Forest Preschool

The Park Forest Preschool is a nonprofit, state licensed program that provides 100% scholarship-funded, high quality preschool programming for low income, qualifying families in the community of State College, the Centre Region and the surrounding areas. The purpose of the preschool is to provide a safe and nurturing environment while promoting cognitive, social-emotional and physical growth for all the children it serves.

Pennsylvania Highlands Community College

Penn Highlands Centre County spans 5,200 square feet and is equipped with three classrooms, a computer lab, a conference room, five offices for faculty or staff, and a dedicated area for student activities. This facility is strategically designed to cater to residents across the region, providing a comprehensive range of classes and programs aimed at fostering career and educational advancement.

Students attending Centre County have access to a wealth of resources at Penn Highlands, such as our Career Planning & Employer Services office, the Library, and Student Financial Services, among others.
