Yes — no contracts, no cancellation fees. You can manage your subscription directly from your Stripe billing portal.
How long until my listing goes live?
Window Partner and Community Sponsor listings go live within 24 hours of signup. Business Pages take a few days to set up properly so they look their best.
What’s the $99 setup fee for on the Business Page?
We build your page for you — uploading photos, writing the layout, getting the map pinned correctly, and making sure everything looks right before it goes live. It’s a one-time cost.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Absolutely. Switch tiers at any time and we’ll prorate the difference.
Will it look like an ad to visitors?
No. Sponsors appear in the Community Sponsors section alongside other local businesses. There are no banner ads, no pop-ups, and no “sponsored” labels designed to look like editorial content.
