Description
This event inspires wellness through integrating movement, the arts and nature. Combining a physical practice with hands-on creativity enables participants to de-stress while also having fun in a safe environment. No artistic or exercise experience necessary - come as you are in comfortable clothing you can move, stretch and dance in! There will be yoga mats and blankets available to borrow for this event, but feel free to bring your own if you have one!
Led by: Stephanie Koller, The Weather VeinRegistration is required. Registration opens 7 days before the event.Please arrive 10-15 minutes early so the program can begin promptly.
How To Prepare:- Dress warmly and for the weather: layers, sturdy shoes, hats and gloves if necessary. - Indoor space will be available to warm up when needed.- Bring bottled water to stay hydrated.
